Deposits are required for our rentals as well as decor in order to insure we have said items available on the day of your event, as well as reserve our time in order to come set up for you! Deposits are refundable if canceled 2 weeks or more in advance. Less than a 2 week notice results in forfeiture of deposit. Security deposits for rentals are returned given there's no damage or extensive staining to product. 

Renting is straightforward. You can browse our selection of rentals online, choose your desired product, and book directly through our website or over the phone. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. A security deposit is required to secure your reservation. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of rentals to ensure they're properly installed and safe for use. Upon pickup, we will take inventory to ensure our rentals are not damaged. Once we clear them, we will release your security deposit. When it will be returned to you is dependent upon your financial institution. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen rental.

Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our inflatables meet safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned. Upon delivery, we will set up the inflatable and provide you with detailed safety instructions, as well as a liability waiver releasing us of any responsibility from your use of the inflatable. It is important to supervise all children using the inflatable at all times and adhere to the specific guidelines, such as weight limits and the number of users allowed at one time. We also recommend setting up the inflatable on a flat, open area away from any hazards like trees, fences, or power lines. In case of bad weather, particularly high winds or lightning, use of the inflatables should be discontinued immediately.
